Locker Room Use

a school district in Pennsylvania prohibits the use of cell phones in locker rooms. I think this is a great idea simply for the fact that cell phones now have cameras on them. This keeps students from taking pictures on cell phones and either ruining someone's life by sending out the pictures or black-mailing a student. I know while I was in highschool we were told to get in, get dressed, and get on the court. This will keep that idea going, by omitting the time used for students to play on their phones in the locker room.
